TEXCO BOYA APRE TEKSTIL MADEN TARIM ENERJI URETIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (hereinafter referred to as ‘’ TEXCO TEXTILE) collects, processes, and may transfer your personal data provided on the website and mobile applications accessible via the domain name www.texcotextile.com.tr and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") to third parties in order to provide our valued users and visitors with uninterrupted and secure services.

a) Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law No. 6698), your personal data will be collected and processed by TEXCO BOYA APRE TEKSTIL MADEN TARIM ENERJI URETIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (hereinafter referred to as "TEXCO TEKSTIL") as the data controller within the scope described below.
b) The Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
TEXCO TEXTILE may collect and process data belonging to our users via the website for the following general purposes:
To carry out our special employment agency intermediary activities such as job and internship placement,
Transferring Members' resumes and/or profiles to Member Companies accepting applications for job or internship postings and events through the Site, with the Member's consent or through the Automatic Matching system specified in the User Agreement on the Site,
If companies require it, to transfer the personal videos that Members will record in response to the video interview questions sent to those selected from among the Members who applied to the relevant Company for the interview process,
Transmit Members' personal responses to questions asked by Companies during the application process to the relevant Company,
To carry out our consulting services for human resources,
To provide users with personalized services and enhance user satisfaction by improving the user experience,
To contact companies, members, or visitors to the extent they have authorized TEXCO TEKSTİL, to inform them about services and opportunities,
Monitoring the site's technical functions, ensuring it operates as intended, and resolving any issues that may arise.
To use for advertising sales purposes so that members or visitors can use our Site permanently free of charge,
To perform the services we offer in accordance with our User Agreement,
Sending newsletters via email or making announcements or notifications,
The company sends and manages bulk emails and/or SMS messages for events such as university student clubs, foundations, associations, and event invitations.
Sending promotional messages or notifications via SMS,
To engage in direct marketing on behalf of member companies in partnership with TEXCO TEKSTİL.
Responding to your calls and addressing your support needs,
Developing and managing our current and R&D-stage applications and marketing the product
In accordance with your request or if there are complaints on social media, we will review your TEXCO TEKSTİL account.
If there is a complaint regarding the services we provide, to resolve the complaint in question
To use for various statistical evaluations, database creation, and market research without disclosing the user's identity,

c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
By accepting the Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection and Data Policy, you consent to the sharing of your personal data with business partners, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies/brokers. you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and transfer of your personal data shared with TEXCO TEKSTİL for the purpose of providing and offering you various benefits. These personal data may be shared with third parties within or outside the country with whom we have a contractual relationship for the same purposes, and may be stored in the cloud server environment (Amazon Web Server EU Central (Frankfurt)), and with companies that register on the Site for the purpose of employing interns or full-time, part-time, daily, or seasonal workers. In addition, this information will only be shared with third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, who bear the same legal and technical responsibilities as us in terms of data protection and security, and who comply with the relevant legislation, solely when necessary and to the extent necessary, for the purpose of providing you with flawless services, ensuring the safe delivery of your potential shipments, and ensuring that our notifications reach you on time via telephone, SMS, and/or email.
How Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
1- Identity Information
By registering as a Member on the Site, you provide information such as your "First Name," "Last Name," "Date of Birth," (for citizens of the Republic of Turkey) "Turkish ID Number," "Place of Birth," "Nationality," and "Gender."
By registering on the site as a Company, you voluntarily share information such as your "First Name," "Last Name," and "Email Address" with TEXCO TEKSTİL.
You can register or become a member on the Site without entering information such as your name, surname, date of birth, or email address by using your accounts on social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. By choosing to register or become a member of our services via social networks under this Personal Data Protection and Data Policy, you grant TEXCO TEKSTİL the authority to process, transfer, and store the data sent to us by the relevant social networks.
2- Contact Information
By registering on the site, you voluntarily share information such as your "Email Address," "Address," "Province and District of Residence," and "Mobile Phone Number" with TEXCO TEKSTİL.
3- Educational Background
When applying for membership, you voluntarily share information such as "School," "School Department," "Date of Enrollment and Graduation/Expected Graduation Date," "Grade Point Average," "Class," "Foreign Language Knowledge and Level," "Course and Class Information," "Seminars Attended," "University Student Club Information/Position/Working Hours."
4- Work and Other Information
You are voluntarily sharing information such as "Employment Status and Title," "Work Experience (Company Name, Department, Start/End Date, City, and Description)" with TEXCO TEKSTİL.
5- Visual and Auditory Data
You voluntarily share with TEXCO TEKSTİL the images you have uploaded yourself and/or uploaded to the site by registering using other permitted social networks, along with video interview footage and audio recordings.
6- Other Information
You voluntarily share with TEXCO TEKSTİL the explanation you write in the "About" information field, your driver's license data, your internship or job search status, information about whether your insurance is covered by the school or not, your sMatch (automatic matching) information (yes/no), and similar other information.
If you choose to disclose information or data that you wish to make public and share it in a manner accessible and viewable by other members and companies, it shall be deemed disclosed by you and may be used for statistical, advertising, or promotional purposes. TEXCO TEKSTİL shall not be liable in any way if your personal data disclosed is used by third parties or other websites.
7- Information We Collect Automatically That Does Not Constitute Your Personal Data
Login ID, IP address, log records, and any additional information requested by the Member Company, date of membership, applications made, frequency/times of logging into the site, iOS/mobile site/web site user, update date, last login date, initial membership date, application deleted (yes/no), application usage information (every action and selection made within the application), and similar technologies we use to tailor them to the needs of our members, companies, and visitors, to resolve technical issues, and to monitor our technical infrastructure. We may collect information about your behavior in the digital environment, such as your number of clicks, frequency of opening tabs, or topics you are interested in, based on your usage of the site through cookies or other programs and scripts.
7.1. Device Information
We may collect data from your electronic devices (computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smart TVs, etc.) that cannot be linked to you (e.g., location information). We may send push notifications through our mobile applications or website. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can opt out by changing the settings on your device or mobile application.
7.2. Cookie Information
Your usage information on the Site may be obtained using a technical communication file (Cookie). These technical communication files are small text files sent by a website to the user's browser to be stored in the main memory. Technical communication files facilitate the use of the internet by storing the status and preferences of a website. Technical communication files help obtain statistical information about how many people use the Site, the purpose of a person's visit to the Site, how many times they visited, and how long they stayed, and help dynamically generate content from user pages specially designed for users. Technical communication files are not designed to retrieve data or any other personal information from the main memory or email. Unless the Member and the Company change these settings, they are deemed to have given their explicit consent to the use of cookies.
We may use cookie technology and place cookies on your device. If you do not accept cookies, the Site may not perform as expected or may experience malfunctions.
We may share data collected through cookies with third parties for advertising purposes.
These personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, based on your explicit consent, for the purposes and within the scope specified therein, and will not be used for any other purpose, with information security measures also being taken.
d) Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
finding out whether it has been processed or not,
requesting information if processed,
determining whether it is being processed for its intended purpose and whether it is being used appropriately,
knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred within the country / abroad,
request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Requesting deletion/destruction in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
request notification of the processing of personal data to third parties to whom it has been transferred in accordance with paragraphs (d) and (e) above,
objecting to a result that is detrimental to you solely because it was analyzed by automated systems,

Your requests included in your application will be processed free of charge within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs for the Company, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
